These terms govern your use of Parkjo's parking permit and guest-parking services ("Parkjo," "we," "us"). By registering a vehicle or purchasing a parking pass through Parkjo, you agree to these terms.
Parkjo provides software that lets residents and guests register vehicles for parking at participating properties and lots, and lets those properties verify valid parking for enforcement purposes. Parkjo is a software provider — the property or lot itself sets its own parking rules, pricing, and enforcement policies.
You agree to provide accurate license plate, vehicle, and contact information. Enforcement decisions (including tagging or booting a vehicle) are based on the information on file — inaccurate information may result in your vehicle being treated as unregistered.
Properties and lots using Parkjo may independently enforce parking rules, including tagging or booting vehicles that are not validly registered. Parkjo provides the registration and verification system but does not itself perform physical enforcement.
If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to your registration or parking pass, including confirmations and expiration reminders. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to opt out. Your mobile opt-in and phone number are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Resident registrations may be cancelled at any time through your account. Guest passes run for the duration purchased and are not cancellable once activated.
PARKJO IS NOT LIABLE FOR TOWING, BOOTING, TICKETING, OR OTHER ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS TAKEN BY A PROPERTY OR LOT, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parkjo and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) any inaccurate information you provide to Parkjo; or (d) your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Parkjo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
